Besides this, the commercial area of TopCity-1 is also developing fast and with the first greenfield airport of Pakistan, New Islamabad International Airport becoming operational, we are experiencing a surge in the commercial activities here. The provision of these key services and the commencement of residential and commercial activities at TopCity-1 guarantee our success as well as our investors faith in us. Gated community, smart urban facilities based on Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) infrastructure, and a secure and healthy environment had been the key characteristic of our success during the past years.
